Description: The 2012 Convention shaker represents the convention location of the Buffalo-Niagara Falls area. The base symbolizes both the American and the Canadian sides of the Falls. The nodders denote the different sides of the Falls – a buffalo (because the convention was in Buffalo, NY and it was the convention “mascot”) and a moose (a fitting animal to represent Canada). The buffalo and moose were set into barrels as if ready to go over the Falls. American and Canadian flags were applied to the appropriate sides of the Falls. The back of the shaker lists the convention information.
