This Noritake set is small - it is only about 1.75'' in height. Circa 1920s-30s, notice the heart shaped mouths.
This set has been found in a couple different colors as shown below in the two photos.
Notice the shape of this set. Noritake used the same mold to make the flowers photographed below. Both sets have large and small seven pour holes and are stamped Japan.
