Couldn't help but share these two similar bench sitter-type salt and pepper shakers, and who knows, maybe there are more out there like them. But these cats and dogs sitting on wooden benches definitely belong together in a small series.
Notice the similar poses, eyes, and other facial details. They stand 4'' in height and are marked "Japan" on the bottom. Circa 1960s-70s.
