At this time, three shakers belonging to this series have been discovered: mallard ducks, pheasants, and squirrels. Each animal is raised along with the surrounding tree trunk and place in front of a central pictured / painted scenic like setting. The sets stand 4'' in height with 3 and 2 pour holes. A correct pair also has the animals facing each other. Each set is stamped in green "Japan". These were imported likely in the 1950s-60s.
Does anyone have any additional examples to bring this series up to four?
