Boxing Match

This wonderful series is an unusual theme of boxing anthropomorphic female vegetables.  I imagine sets may be found arranged differently, but each proper set should have 3 and 2 pour holes.  They are taller shakers measuring about 5.5'' in height.  Circa 1950s and marked "Japan".

This series was documented in Sylvia Tompkin's & Karen Weaver's anthropomorphic salt & pepper shaker reference book entitled Anthropomorphic Shakers Gone Wild on page 264.
