Although unmarked, upon hands on examination it is clear that this set is a Japan import, circa 1940s-50s. You can see it in the photograph, but the thumb of the lady's hand wraps around the side of the grapes. The grapes fit perfectly within the grasp of the delicate hand leaving no doubt that this is a proper set.
