These frog salt and pepper shakers were designed by Edouard-Marcel Sandoz for Haviland & Co., a Limoges France porcelain producer; circa pre-WWII (1920s-30s).
As you can see below, they were produced in a wide variety of colors.
To the right you can see the maker's mark of Edouard-Marcel Sandoz, who was a Swiss animalier sculptor and painter that worked mainly in Paris during the early 20th century designing many human figural and animal models for porcelain manufactories including Haviland & Co.
