Stick Figures

This complete series of four different anthropomorphic flowers was named "Stick Figures" by Karen Weaver & Sylvia Tompkins in their reference book all about anthropomorphic salt and pepper shakers.  Presumably the name derives from their delicately painted stick-like legs and arms.  The characteristic faces, eyes, and eyelashes give away the maker of these wonderful sets - the PY / Miyao company out of Japan post-WWII.  The sets stand about 3.25'' in height and should be appropriately paired with 2 and 3 pour holes.
